Select the radio button for selective startupĪt the bottom, there should be an empty check box labeled: Hide all Microsoft services. This will launch the System Configuration Utility.
Use Win + R to pull up the Run dialog box, and type msconfig and press enter. This process will disable all programs and services that start with the computer except for Microsoft services. But i have an idea that you can try to see if it is a software issue. So i'm not sure could be causing the issue either.
